Yes Diddy Flew Me Up To NYC...Again!

So it's your typical Thursday afternoon...April 10th to be exact. And I'm sitting at my PC doing some work, things were pretty hectic that week, we had a conference call with Diddy and he seemed pretty hyped about improving things online wise for himself and Bad Boy, so I knew he was going to be pushing us that week. So Thursday afternoon I get a text message from one of Puff's assistants...she says "call the office"...next thing I know I get another text message from Diddy saying "call me at my office"...so I call him up...he starts to explain how he needs someone dedicated to his projects and his projects only, and that everyone he talked to told him that he should hire me. Now...at that moment it happened so fast I didn't even get to enjoy it really...I was kinda in shock...I think he even expected me to be a little more excited HA. So he asked if I could come up for a week and hang with him, see how he vibes, so we can work out a gameplan...of course I said! So I flew up that Saturday...now those of you who know the story of the first time he flew me up and how great that plane ride was can imagine how excited I was to be flying again HA...but it was a great flight...I didn't get to see him until Sunday night. I get a call from Cassie and she's like your gonna meet me at Puffs house tonight...his driver is gonna come get you @ your hotel. So I'm like WOW...Diddy's house...so that night I went over there, amazing house by the way...lots of room! We got to talk for a few, hung with Cassie helped her with some stuff for her online projects and went back to my hotel...so throughout the week it was cool, met Diddy here and there, one night @ Daddy's House Recording Studio, that was cool I've always wanted to go there. And my last night which was awesome I helped Cassie at the office with her online projects and then we went to his house again...but this time we went into his home office and kinda talked one on one about everything and our gameplan...and you know it didn't hit me until I laid down to sleep that night...all those years of following him...at Uptown Records...back in 97' when Bad Boy owned the summer, how I would dream about working for Bad Boy and I just sat with the man...in his house...that's nuts! HA I couldn't believe it...so anyways it was a great trip...everyone was amazing as always...thanks to Dia & Karleen I know I drove you guys nuts! Sorry :(! So now I'm back in Florida, working on some ways to structure and organize things a little better, there are some things that still need to be worked out so I'll keep everyone posted!

Ok So It's Been A Few Months...

WOW...I can't believe it's been like 6 months since I've posted anything...time went by fast. Well let's see...where should I start? Alot has happened. The Cowboys lost to the Giants in the playoffs...that sucked...ummm...work is good, not as busy as before but still pretty hectic. We had the Making the Band Tour which I hope went really good. Oh and did I mention Diddy flew me up to NYC again and I got to hang out in his house...well I'll leave that story for another entry! Ok be back soon and I really promise this time to keep up with this blog more!

Great In 08'!!!

Well...what a busy 2 weeks it's been! Feels like it's been the Making the Band 4 takeover lately...so we had the new season of Making the Band 4 kick off Monday the 28th and its been choas everyday since...24/7! I haven't sleep in days...but it's Bad Boy baby that's how we do it! So i've been working on promoting the show, we got Danity with a new single on iTunes and the fellas from Making the Band's new single is also on iTunes so we've been pushing that HARD! So if you ain't got either...log on iTunes...and purchase your copy RIGHT NOW!!! As Puff said..."Great in 08" and things are looking good so far...I think this is gonna be a huge year for Bad Boy. I can see us having a hot run this summer with Danity Kane, Making the Band, Donnie and just in time for Elephant Man, Cassie, Yung Joc, this year could be our best since 1997! We got a great touring opportunity with Danity and MTB4 so we'll see what happens. So like I said lots going on...hopefully I can get to NYC to visit for the 1st weeks of March when Danity & MTB4's albums drop! Maybe I'll get a dance with my girl Aundrea!! So for the rest of this week and weekend I'll be doing new layouts for Cheri Dennis, Bad Boy Records, & hopefully Aundrea & Shannon, as well as thinking up some hot new marketing campaigns we can do for Danity & Making the Band 4's albums...I'm thinking something involving them both together...we'll see. Looks to be a busy ass week but I'll be sure to update everyone!

Where In The World is Anthony?

Ok I know everybody is probably like...where in the hell did Anthony go? Ok well things on the Bad Boy music side have been kinda slow, we really haven't had any albums drop lately so things have been sluggish. Some personal stuff has kinda kept me from working on Bad Boy stuff 24/7 but the good news is...i'm back baby!!! So to any of my friends reading this, sorry if I've neglected you! Now as far as Bad Boy we got alot of great projects coming up, Ciroc Vodka, Sean John, Making The Band 4, and of course all our upcoming albums dropping, it looks to be a HUGE year for Bad Boy! Now I promise I will keep ya'll up to date on the latest and I will be posting everyday so make sure you check back cause its about to get crazy!

New York, New York

New York, New York...big city of dreams! NYC is my heart, there is nothing I love more in this whole world then New York City! People always think its so funny that I love NYC so much and I've never lived there...well I do. These two pics made me think about it...

I can't even begin to explain in words what it feels like there...its like a whole other world to me. The hustle bustle, the traffic, the people, the smells (the food not the trash), the culture...its just amazing! And nothing beats the winter time in NYC...the carriage rides through central park, the lights, the weather...god its great! The fall is really nice too, its nice to actually see real leaves. I think what attracts me most to NYC is the style...just the lifestyle...the fashion, the great places to eat, the shopping, the glamour of it all I guess. A perfect day for me is waking up in the morning, heading to the Bad Boy office for work, grabbing some OJ and a bagel from a news stand, grabbing some hot fresh pizza or some hot dogs for lunch...I mean how can you go wrong with a hot dog and drink for $1.25? Then work til you can't see straight late at night, and i know im probably the only one that gets this rush...but there is something about stepping outside on the street at night...its unreal...the lights, the traffic I feel like im on this island or in this bubble and its like were all in our own little world! Especially in the fall when its nice and chilly and crisp outside...maybe then head down to Daddys House studio and hang out there for awhile, or maybe there is some event going on that night...a release party, someones bday...so you gotta rush home and throw on your best Sean John gear and stop by. That would be my perfect day! Simple? Yes...thats how much living in NYC means to me, to everyone else thats boring and a daily thing for them but for me its heaven! To me its not the touristy stuff that attracts me, its the everyday living, like taking the subway to work, being on a crowded street corner, just the reagular everyday way of life. And there is so much to do...Yankee Stadium, Broadway, the Garden...shows, sports, you name it! And the food...Rao's, Lombardi's Pizza, Patsy's...ok now im getting hungry...anyways sorry for rambling just venting...someday I'll be there...at that Bad Boy office, and maybe my first night there, i'll step outside and take a good look at my NYC and remember writing this blog!

Back To Normal

What's good everybody!!?? Ok I know I haven't been updating this site like I should so I'll try my best to do this DAILY! Anyways things are starting to get back to normal it was kinda sluggish there for a few but we got alot of cool projects coming up. This week I've been working on new layouts for our president...the one and only...Harve Pierre and his hot new artist Marina Chello! And I gotta redo Puffs layout too! Hopefully sometime this week I can sit down and put together a presentation to send to Bad Boy laying out a plan for new ideas and things we can do for our artist myspace pages, I think they are getting kinda bland and I'm hearing alot of complaints, so we def gotta step that up! So if anyone has any ideas please hit me up and let me hear it. Another big project of mine I wanna get going and I know I keep saying this is the Bad Boy Online Street Team...I gotta get that poppin ASAP! Ok people I'll hit you back tomorrow with another update!
